We would love to work with you to help you achieve your dream body.  We have helped people to compete in world leading body building competitions, get ready for fitness photoshoots and transforming their bodies for beach season.  But I know you will want to make sure you pick the right Personal Trainer to work with, so I just wanted to let you know a bit more about us:

We have overseen hundreds of transformations across many thousands of hours of working with clients.   Our team has numerous qualifications  and certifications all supported by a culture of continuous improvement and development.   Crucially, we only recruit trainers with excellent emotional intelligence so that we can come alongside you and help you to make the tweaks you need to get you to the next level.

We have tried and tested systems to help you strip away body fat and /or build muscle.   It all starts by getting you in for a free consultation, where we really listen to you.   We do not make assumptions, we gather facts and then get to work on creating a programme that works for you.  

Our systems have been created using the latest science and research, taking key principles from established fields like behavioural psychology, medicine, anatomy and physiology and much more.  The result is effective coaching and the agility to tailor a programme that works for you – your personality, your schedule, your goals and dreams and your current physiology.  

We will regularly assess your progress, identifying areas we need to tweak to get you to your perfect weight.  Our motto is, ‘if you are not assessing, you are guessing’.   

Free supporting resources

We will give you access to the Pure Portal, an online support system that will help you to get your nutrition right, give you access to your workouts wherever you are and a place to enter all of your data so that we can track your progress!

We will also invite you to join the Pure Client Facebook group with current and former Pure Clients, to ensure you get the peer support you need during and after you work with us.  

Free follow up sessions

Unlike most Personal Training programmes, we don’t get you to your goal and then never speak to you again!   As well as the Pure Client Facebook group, where you can ask questions and get support, we will arrange a free 30 minute catch up with you four weeks after your final session with us, and then 12 months on to see how you are getting on.  This will give you a chance to ask follow up questions to ensure your transformation lasts forever!
