Drop shoulders

Engage pec’s

Crush the bar and squeeze inwards creating tension through the pec’s

Use tempo 4010 works for me
* 4 sec negative (eccentric) under tension
* 0 pause at the bottom of the movement when the pec is fully lengthened
* 1 sec explosive (concentric) movement contracting the pec to a shortened position (think squeezing your elbows together at the top to force the shortened position of the pec)
* 0 pause at the top of the movement
And repeat with continuous motion creating as much tension as possible. The chances are you will need to lower the weight
