You won’t look like this if you do resistance training!

This photo represents what most people think they will end up looking like when we suggest they do resistance training to lose weight.   

The most common objection we (and most trainers get) when we take them over to do weight work is, “I don’t want massive muscles!”  

Let me put your mind at ease.  It won’t happen.  It takes a lot variable manipulation to pack muscle on, especially at that size.  What will happen with our resistance workouts is: 

1.  You will lose weight
2.  You will reduce your body fat %
3.  You will improve your strength and performance
4.  You will improve your metabolism
5.  You will feel great 

Later on, I will explain why resistance workouts are the best way to lose fat (forever!).  That goes for men and women.
