How to make proper Guacamole

Are you a Mexi-can or a Mexi-can’t? Here’s how to make proper Guacamole (healthy, tasty, easy).
First, drop the fancy stuff. Nobody wants Mango or Celery or Peas in it. Don’t do it unless you are cooking our Caribbean Salmon recipe (coming soon).
Second, get two ripe and fresh avocados. You know they are perfect when the flesh under the skin yields lightly.
Third, scoop the flesh of 2 avocados into a bowl and then add 2 Tbsp diced white onion, 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro, 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice, and some Himalayan pink salt, to taste.
Want to add a bit of fire? Pop in some Chilli, Jalapeno or a habanero. Cooking for your in-laws? Sprinkle some Feta on (go easy folks).
Pop it in a wrap with some chicken breast and you have a nice, healthy, delicious lunch.
All done? Bravocado!
